Pag cheese is our most famous and most awarded cheese. Although it represents less than 15% of our total cheese production, it is the flagship of our production and a synonym for the globally recognised quality of Gligora. It is also the first cheese with which Ivan Gligora won the first international recognition for a Croatian cheese, and it remains the most awarded Croatian cheese. Pag cheese is a limited product, obtained exclusively from sheep's milk from the island of Pag.
