Pag cheese is a limited product, obtained exclusively from sheep's milk from the island of Pag. In addition to its own smaller flock, the Gligora Creamery buys Pag sheep's milk from around a hundred families on the island of Pag in most of the island's settlements, and does so daily during the milking season – which runs from January to the end of June.
