Smjeli Dalmatian Prosciutto, sliced, is a cured meat product protected by a geographical-origin mark, distinguished by top-tier quality and the tradition of Dalmatian production. This long-life product is prepared from category-1 pork, and only sea salt – at a level of 4% – is used in its preparation. The sliced prosciutto fits perfectly into Mediterranean cuisine and is ideal for serving with cheese, olives and wine. It is recommended to keep it at 4-8 °C to preserve its freshness and quality.

The most concentrated expression of the legendary Paški sir — Croatia's only PDO sheep's milk cheese, now aged for a minimum of 12 months to develop its most intense, complex character. Crafted on the wind-scoured island of Pag, where the fierce bura wind and sparse, salt-dusted pastures give the native Pag sheep's milk an unrivalled depth of flavour. After ageing, the paste becomes firm and granular, the colour deepens to a rich amber-ivory, and the aroma fills the room with notes of roasted nuts, dry hay, and aged butter. On the palate, long-crystallised tyrosine crystals deliver a satisfying crunch, while the finish lingers with a gentle, savoury sweetness that only time can produce. At 225 g, this is the ideal size for a premium cheese board, an elevated aperitivo moment, or a considered gift for someone who truly appreciates fine cheese. Pair with a bold Croatian red — Dingač or Plavac Mali — aged honey, or a handful of walnuts.

Dried Mediterranean figs dipped in smooth dark chocolate — a sublime small-batch treat that highlights the sun-concentrated sweetness of the fig against the deep cocoa of fine chocolate. Beautiful with espresso, dessert wine, or as a thoughtful gift for chocolate-lovers.200 g · Croatia

A small 100 g portion of the legendary Rabska torta — the protected traditional cake of the island of Rab, a centuries-old recipe famously made for visiting Popes and dignitaries since the 12th century. Vilma's version honours the original: a beautifully spiralled pastry built around ground almonds, sugar, lemon zest and Maraschino, with a delicate, slightly chewy texture and an intoxicating almond-citrus fragrance. A genuine piece of Croatian heritage in dessert form.100 g · Vilma, Rab Island, Croatia

Paški sir — Croatia's most awarded and most famous cheese, made exclusively from the milk of indigenous Pag sheep grazing on the island's wind-swept, herb-dusted karst pastures. Salt spray from the bora wind coats the sea-side herbs the sheep eat, giving their milk — and this cheese — an unmistakable savoury-mineral character that no cheese anywhere in the world can replicate. Firm, deep-golden paste with a fine crystalline structure that develops with age; long-savoury, nutty and unmistakably aromatic on the palate. Sirana Gligora holds more international awards for Paški sir than any other producer.Perfect on a serious cheese board with Croatian honey and dry-cured pršut, shaved over pasta, or paired with a Plavac Mali or a full-bodied Croatian white. This 225 g vacuum-packed portion is the everyday format — enough for a proper cheese-board share, small enough for one-off enjoyment.225 g · Sirana Gligora, Kolan, Pag Island, Croatia · 100% Pag sheep's milk · PDO / ZOI · Vacuum-packed

Sliced premium pršut from the Miljevci, near Drniš — one of Dalmatia's most respected prosciutto-making areas, where the bora wind and karst climate slowly dry the meat to a deep savoury intensity. Firm, finely marbled paste with the unmistakable aroma of long ageing, pre-sliced for everyday convenience. Slice onto a charcuterie board, fold over melon, wrap around fresh figs, or fold into a panino. Miljevci, Dalmatia, Croatia · Sliced

Kolan cheese is a true Gligora classic and the oldest cheese of the Gligora Creamery, created in 1996. This outstanding hard cheese is made from 100% cow's milk. Although inspired by the traditional Trappist, Kolan cheese has evolved into a unique category, keeping its name and recognisable visual identity – the label featuring the little church of St. Jerome from the Kolanje field. The Superior expression of Gligora's Kolan — an elevated tier of one of the dairy's most cherished cow cheeses, named after the small Pag island village. Built around carefully selected wheels and given extra care in maturation, Kolan Superior reveals a beautifully complex savoury character with classic minerality and a long, polished finish. A premium choice for serious cheese tables.

A 100 g pre-sliced "platica" of authentic Paški sir PDO — ready straight from the pack onto a board, into a panino or alongside an aperitivo. No cutting, no fuss: just Croatia's most celebrated sheep's milk cheese, sliced thin and vacuum-sealed at its best. Each slice delivers the full character of the cheese: firm, slightly crystalline, with the clean savoury depth that comes from island sheep raised on bura-swept, herb-scented pastures. The ideal format for entertaining, snacking or pairing with a glass of Plavac Mali and a handful of good olives.

Experience the profound flavors of the Dalmatian coast with our traditional black olives, harvested from the ancient groves surrounding the historic city of Šibenik. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, these olives are allowed to fully ripen under the Mediterranean sun, resulting in a tender, meaty texture and a complex, earthy flavor profile. Prepared using time-honored local methods, they offer a rich and savory experience with a hint of natural saltiness. These black olives are an indispensable addition to a premium appetizer platter, pairing exquisitely with extra virgin olive oil, salted anchovies, and aged sheep’s milk cheese. A true taste of the rugged and beautiful Šibenik landscape.

Težački cheese is a unique hard cheese made from 100% cow's milk that we buy from our partners in the Rakovica area, where the cows graze on the fields near the Plitvice Lakes. The animals are kept on pasture, and the untouched nature of this area directly affects the quality and aroma of the cheese. Inspired by the simplicity and tradition of a "težački" (farmer's) life, this cheese is the result of a desire to keep a primal, natural cheese production. Though a newer member of the Gligora cheese family, it very quickly gained popularity and became one of the best-selling. The production of Težački cheese is based on a simple but reliable technology that Ivan Gligora perfected through the Kolan cheese, while Šime Gligora wanted to bring the process even closer to more authentic, natural methods. On the label of this cheese is a portrait of Šime's maternal grandfather, Jure Šmit, the first "težak" (farm worker) Šime ever met. Težački cheese is distinguished by a rich aroma and a firm texture. It matures for between 2 and 6 months, and with its balanced flavour and the simplicity of its daily production it has won numerous top awards at both domestic and international markets. The Superior expression of Gligora's Težački — an elevated tier of the dairy's most rustic, herbaceous cow cheese. Built around carefully selected wheels and given extra care in maturation.
