Pag cheese is our most famous and most awarded cheese. Although it represents less than 15% of our total cheese production, it is the flagship of our production and a synonym for the globally recognised quality of Gligora. Pag cheese is a limited product, obtained exclusively from sheep's milk from the island of Pag.
