Aura Karbun Navy Strength Gin 58.53%, 0.75 L

The Navy Strength expression of Aura Karbun — the Istrian distillery's flagship craft gin, bottled at a bold 58.53% ABV in the historic British naval tradition (originally the proof that wouldn't spoil gunpowder on sailing ships). Crystal-clear in the glass, with classic juniper at the centre, lifted by Aura's signature Mediterranean botanical mix — wild Istrian herbs, citrus peel and a long mineral thread. The high proof carries the botanicals with extraordinary intensity: dry, structured, beautifully balanced and surprisingly approachable.Excellent in a serious martini, a Negroni built around its botanical depth, or a G&T that needs to stand up to bold garnishes (rosemary, grapefruit, juniper). A serious gin for serious cocktail enthusiasts. Style: Navy Strength distilled dry gin ABV: 58.53% Volume: 0.75 L Producer: Aura Distillery, Istria, Croatia Key botanicals: juniper, wild Istrian herbs, citrus

Pag cheese Extra Old, 650 g

Pag cheese Extra Old, 650 g

The extra-old expression of Paški sir — Croatia's most awarded and most famous cheese — aged for a minimum of 12 months in Gligora's cellars to develop remarkable depth. Made exclusively from the milk of indigenous Pag sheep grazing on the island's wind-swept, herb-dusted karst pastures, this cheese is what happens when patient ageing meets the world's most distinctive sheep's milk. Sirana Gligora holds more international awards for Paški sir than any other producer. The paste is deep amber-gold, dense with crystalline calcium lactate crystals that snap on the tongue and deliver an intense burst of umami-savoury character with each bite. Notes of toasted hazelnuts, dried fruit, and the mineral tang of Adriatic salt define the long, layered finish. A serious cheese for serious tables — pair with a full-bodied red (Dingač or top Plavac Mali), aged honey, and the best olive oil you own. 650 g · Sirana Gligora, Kolan, Pag Island, Croatia · 100% Pag sheep's milk · PDO / ZOI · Aged min. 12 months · Quarter wheel

Pag Cheese PDO

Pag cheese is our most famous and most awarded cheese. Although it represents less than 15% of our total cheese production, it is the flagship of our production and a synonym for the globally recognised quality of Gligora. It is also the first cheese with which Ivan Gligora won the first international recognition for a Croatian cheese, and it remains the most awarded Croatian cheese. Pag cheese is a limited product, obtained exclusively from sheep's milk from the island of Pag. Its limited nature is tied to the total number of Pag sheep that can freely graze on the pasturelands of the island of Pag. In addition to its own smaller flock, the Gligora Creamery buys Pag sheep's milk from around a hundred families on the island of Pag in most of the island's settlements, and does so daily during the milking season – which runs from January to the end of June. Pag cheese is produced by a traditional process.
