Smjeli Dalmatian Prosciutto, sliced, is a cured meat product protected by a geographical-origin mark, distinguished by top-tier quality and the tradition of Dalmatian production. This long-life product is prepared from category-1 pork, and only sea salt – at a level of 4% – is used in its preparation. The sliced prosciutto fits perfectly into Mediterranean cuisine and is ideal for serving with cheese, olives and wine. It is recommended to keep it at 4-8 °C to preserve its freshness and quality.

The most concentrated expression of the legendary Paški sir — Croatia's only PDO sheep's milk cheese, now aged for a minimum of 12 months to develop its most intense, complex character. Crafted on the wind-scoured island of Pag, where the fierce bura wind and sparse, salt-dusted pastures give the native Pag sheep's milk an unrivalled depth of flavour. After ageing, the paste becomes firm and granular, the colour deepens to a rich amber-ivory, and the aroma fills the room with notes of roasted nuts, dry hay, and aged butter. Kolan cheese is a true Gligora classic and the oldest cheese of the Gligora Creamery, created in 1996. This outstanding hard cheese is made from 100% cow's milk. Although inspired by the traditional Trappist, Kolan cheese has evolved into a unique category, keeping its name and recognisable visual identity – the label featuring the little church of St. Jerome from the Kolanje field. The Superior expression of Gligora's Kolan — an elevated tier of one of the dairy's most cherished cow cheeses, named after the small Pag island village. Težački cheese is a unique hard cheese made from 100% cow's milk that we buy from our partners in the Rakovica area, where the cows graze on the fields near the Plitvice Lakes. The animals are kept on pasture, and the untouched nature of this area directly affects the quality and aroma of the cheese. Inspired by the simplicity and tradition of a "težački" (farmer's) life, this cheese is the result of a desire to keep a primal, natural cheese production. Though a newer member of the Gligora cheese family, it very quickly gained popularity and became one of the best-selling. The production of Težački cheese is based on a simple but reliable technology that Ivan Gligora perfected through the Kolan cheese, while Šime Gligora wanted to bring the process even closer to more authentic, natural methods. On the label of this cheese is a portrait of Šime's maternal grandfather, Jure Šmit, the first "težak" (farm worker) Šime ever met. Težački cheese is distinguished by a rich aroma and a firm texture. It matures for between 2 and 6 months, and with its balanced flavour and the simplicity of its daily production it has won numerous top awards at both domestic and international markets.
