Located in the heart of Kolan on the Island of Pag, our facility is the birthplace of the world-famous Paški sir.

The Tasting Room Experience

Located on the upper floor of our dairy, our modern tasting room offers a breathtaking view of the Kolan field and the northern part of the Island of Pag. It is the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a rich selection of our premium cheeses paired with other authentic local delicacies.

What to Expect

During your visit, you will get a "behind-the-scenes" look at our production process:

• The Production Gallery: Witness the meticulous crafting of our cheeses.
• The Aging Rooms: Breathe in the unique aromas of cheese wheels maturing on wooden shelves.
• The Tasting: Savour the flavors of Pag in our scenic tasting room.

Entrance Fees

• Adults: 15€
• Children (10–15 years): 5€
• Children (0–10 years): Free of charge
