Cow’s cheese with rosemary is inspired by Mediterranean tradition, a journey that began in 2008 when our friends from Spain visited us and we explored traditional Mediterranean cheese preservation methods together. Rosemary, an evergreen herb with needle-like leaves and a distinctively sharp, spicy taste, imparts this hard cheese with a unique aroma and rich flavor.

After applying this technique of coating cheese with rosemary, our cheese artisans created a hit product that became one of the top-selling items from our Cheese Games. The cheese itself is “pure” on the inside, while a special technique ensures it’s coated with fresh rosemary during aging, creating a perfectly balanced flavor.

This cheese, made from cow’s milk, is ideal for fans of bold, spicy aromas. Its texture makes it a perfect choice for food enthusiasts who seek a unique blend of traditional flavors and innovative preservation methods.

Storage: 4-16 °C
Aging: 3-12 months

Note: Cheese ordered via our webshop is delivered using a shipping service, packaged in cardboard, and with thermal protection during summer months. All cheeses are vacuum-sealed (whole wheel, half, or quarter).
