Monovarietal olive oil from old autochthonous Istrian olive veriety, one of the most valued Croatian olive oils. The oil is light green to golden yellow in color with intense fruit taste and arome of olive leaves, aromatic herbs, artichokes, almonds, tomatoes and apples with a pleasent balance of bitterness and spiciness. It is an excellent addition to fresh raw foods such as blue fish, tuna, salmon and red meat and traditional mediterranean dishes. It is also recommended as a condiment to grilled seasonal vegetables, mushrooms and sea food risottos.
