Note: cheeses ordered through the webshop are sent by delivery service, in cardboard packaging, in summer months in thermal packaging. All cheeses are vacuum packed (whole wheel, half or quarter).
Hard cheese with a beautiful dark rind that is obtained by natural smoking. Spicy on the nose. The natural smoke is very well felt in the dough, so it is very delicate, it leaves a wonderful taste in the mouth. A slight acidity is felt, but it is not overemphasized, and the balance of flavors is perfectly estimated.
This is a 100% goat's milk cheese from Dalmatia that is smoked using natural smoke.
