Taste: pronounced, but at the same time very balanced spiciness and bitterness.
Usage: Goes well with mixed vegetable salads, legume appetizers, porcini soups, mollusk dishes, grilled fish, marinated or baked tuna, red and white meat, and various kinds of cheese. We recommend it with all types of pasta and risotto. It can also be served with dessert, preferably with vanilla ice cream or with chocolate cakes.
