Quality dry white wine with the ZOI mark, the protected mark of origin. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand.
Processing of grapes with a pneumatic press. Vinification in barrique barrels. Aging in barrique barrels.
The wine is characterized by crystal clearness, straw-yellow-green color. Floral scent, vanilla with a hint of slightly burnt oak. The taste is harmonious, mineral, soft full, intense, and persistent.
It is recommended to eat it with prosciutto dried on the Senj bora, sheep's cheese - island, lamb, steak, and seafood.
Serving temperature: 10 – 12 °C.
Alcohol: 11 – 12 % vol., sugar > 4 g/L, total acids 5 – 6 g/L.
