Zlatan Grand Select is a wine made from carefully selected Plavac Mali grapes from vineyards in Sveta Nedjelja on Hvar, where vines older than 35 years grow on steep slopes. This wine is the result of dedication and a special family tradition.
This dry red wine, with a dark ruby color, rich aroma, and complex structure, is characterized by powerful yet elegant tannins. Aromas of dark fruit, Dalmatian herbs, tobacco, vanilla, and pepper create an impressive impression. It has aged for at least 2 years in French oak barrique barrels, giving it a full, balanced aroma and exceptional elegance.
Zlatan Grand Select pairs perfectly with hard cheese, premium steaks, pašticada, brudet, and even dark chocolate. The recommended serving temperature is 14-18°C, with an alcohol content of 15%.
