Cheese made from mixed cow's and sheep's milk in special packaging, dedicated to our cheesemakers who keep the secrets of refinement.
After ripening for a minimum of 3 months, the cheese is additionally wrapped with wine drops, olive pomace, marasca cherries and thus ripens for an additional 3 to 4 months.
