Boškinac Viaz Brut is an elegant sparkling wine produced using the traditional method, made from Chardonnay, Ugni Blanc, and Gegić grapes. This sparkling wine, with a yellow-golden color and medium body, features complex aromas of citrus, green apple, nuts, and subtle notes of butter and toast, thanks to 24 months of aging on the lees. It pairs perfectly with shellfish, fish carpaccio, salads, and vegetables, and is an excellent choice for more complex fish dishes or white meat.
