A superb white dry wine with a well-expressed varietal aroma, even slightly neutral with a hint of recognizable tartness, light green color. Pošip PremiumTerra madre has a bright, straw-golden yellow color, with about 13.5% alcohol, and a full and distinctive taste with the characteristic aroma of dried apricots and figs.
Gastronomy recommendation:
Pleasant and drinkable wine is very adaptable to different dishes, all types of white meat, in fattier and more spicy combinations, and is especially stimulating with freshwater and sea fish. It is best served at a temperature of 10°-12°.
