The cracklings are obtained by dicing, melting and pressing the fat tissue of the Black Slavonian pig.
They are golden brown in color and slightly crunchy. They are white in cross-section. The taste and smell are characteristic and intense for this Đakovica delicacy (taste and smell of traditional domestic products).
