Note: cheeses ordered through the webshop are delivered in cardboard packaging, in summer months in thermal packaging. All cheeses are vacuum-sealed (whole wheel, half or quarter).

Very spicy cheese made from 100% sheep's milk from the Lika area. Prolonged ripening guarantees a more pronounced, powerful taste on the palate.

Likota sheep's cheese - the cheese was created in 2015 by the production of old Likota (Ličan) cheeses, but this time from 100% sheep's milk from Lika!


Hard, recognizable sheep's cheese, moderately spicy aroma, whitish dough color, and mild smell. It leaves a long sweet-nutty aftertaste. It is similar to the other Gligora Inspiracije products, also quickly accepted by cheese lovers, and stands out from other sheep's cheeses due to its uniqueness and softness of taste.
