Trojišćina is a rosé made from a red indigenous grape variety originating from the island of Susak, and it is truly a rarity in the Croatian wine scene. This rosé is partially macerated and is characterized by delicate and fresh fruit aromas of watermelon, raspberry, and red grapefruit. Due to its character, Trojišćina can be an ideal aperitif. It pairs excellently with various seafood dishes, fish, shellfish, and even prosciutto.
