This wine is a blend of our most famous white local variety Pošip and the most famous international white variety Chardonnay (up to 15%). The grapes for this wine come from a special plot in the easternmost part of our vineyard. Stylistically, this wine differs from fresh Pošip. It has a later harvest and this wine is created using the SUR LIE cellar technique, carrying out both fermentation and aging in French oak barrique barrels. Our desire is to have a rich, rounded and elegant white wine in our Nonno.
