Buža is a light green to golden yellow oil, with a pronounced fruity taste and aroma reminiscent of fresh olive fruit, aromatic herbs, artichoke, apple, and citrus. It goes well with various vegetable carpaccio, and fresh soft cheeses and is great for various marinades when preparing fish, meat, and vegetables.
