This wine is made from Plavac mali from the Postup area, which is located near the Dingač area, between Trstenik and Mokalo on the southern side of the Pelješac peninsula. The wine has a dark ruby color, a finely accentuated aroma, a full astringent taste that softens the sugar, and a harmonious fullness and luxurious bouquet. The process is different from the more 'famous' Dingač, with slightly milder ingredients, although stronger than other Plavac.
In gastronomy, we recommend Dalmatian prosciutto, fatty cheeses, dark meats, spicier dishes and game.
