Radović Postup is made from Plavac Mali grapes grown in the Postup region, located near the famous Dingač area, between Trstenik and Mokalo on the southern side of the Pelješac Peninsula. This wine boasts a deep ruby color, pronounced aromas, and a full, pleasantly tannic taste balanced by natural sugars, resulting in a harmonious richness and a lavish bouquet. Compared to the renowned Dingač, Postup is slightly milder in composition, though still more robust than other Plavac wines. In gastronomy, it pairs perfectly with Dalmatian prosciutto, rich cheeses, dark meats, spicy dishes, and game. Alcohol: 13.3%.
