Grgić Pošip is a premium white wine made from the indigenous Croatian variety Pošip, which thrives in the vineyards of Čara on the island of Korčula. The summer maestral, which cools the vineyards, contributes to the ideal conditions for growing this grape variety. The fermentation process takes place at a controlled low temperature of 12°C, preserving the fruit and varietal aromas, while aging in French oak barrels adds notes of vanilla. The Pošip then matures for another six months in the cellar, giving it additional depth of flavor.

With 13-14.5% alcohol and 6g of acidity per liter, this wine is perfect for various occasions. It is recommended to be served chilled at a temperature of 10-12°C, alongside light cheeses, shellfish, or fish prepared in various ways.
