Plančić Pharos Grand Cru premium red dry wine 0.75 L
Black dry wine of geographical origin of the Hvar vineyard from the selected best locality of Dubje in the central part of the island of Hvar.
It is produced by hand-cultivating the vineyard raised on 220 terraces with a difference in height of 150 meters, and by hand-selection of the best harvested grapes with an average yield of 0.3-0.5 kg per vine from the autochthonous Dalmatian variety Plavac mali and the autochthonous Hvar variety Darnekuša. It has a dense dark red to ruby color with a purple sheen and a strong robust combined strong varietal and partial barrique flavor and aroma. The wine ages for a minimum of 24 months in oak barrique barrels and another 12 months in oak barrels before bottling.
It contains 15.5 - 17% alcohol with the remainder 2 - 4 g/l unfermented grape sugar and 4.5 - 5.5 g/l acids.
