Dry white wine of excellent quality produced from grapes of the autochthonous Hvar cultivar of the same name from the localities of Blata, Kruševja and Poljica. It is yellow-green in color, has a beautifully pronounced varietal aroma, and has a harmonious and surprisingly fresh taste. Before bottling, the wine ages for a minimum of 12 months. Vintage 2016 produced 5333 bottles.
Serving temperature: 10-12 °C
Gastronomic recommendation: with white meat and sea fish dishes.
