Valomet is the local name for a rock from which a sea wave breaks, turning the sea into foam.
Fresh sparkling rosé, obtained using the traditional method from autochthonous varieties of the Kvarner islands (brajdica, sansigot, debejan, kamenina, sušić), among which brajdica, known as plavina in Dalmatia, dominates. Soft peach colors with lots of tiny bubbles. It is produced using the traditional method of fermentation in bottles.
After production and bottling in the cellar of PZ Vrbnik, the sparkling wine is immersed in the sea at a depth of 32 m, where it ferments and matures at a constant temperature, in darkness and silence, in a secret location in the northeastern part of the island of Krk.
This magical drink from a bottle decorated by the sea with undersea flora and fauna is irresistible to drink as well as a gift to a loved one. Each bottle is a rarity.
Sparkling wine can be consumed as an aperitif, an independent drink - it does not have to be with food. It also goes well with many types of dishes, coastal and continental cuisine.
