An elegant dry red wine from the winegrowing region of Međimurje in the hilly north of Croatia, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown on sandy-loamy soils. With its glimmering ruby-red color, it offers a rich aromatic profile of ripe forest and dried fruits – raspberry, redcurrant, and blackberry. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and well-balanced, with moderate alcohol (12%), refined acidity, and smooth tannins that provide structure and depth. The wine matures for one year in large wooden barrels, followed by bottle aging, which enhances its aromatic complexity.

Best enjoyed slightly chilled at 14–16 °C, it pairs beautifully with red meat dishes – pork, veal, or game – accompanied by sides like roasted potatoes or buckwheat porridge, as well as with grilled bluefish and asparagus.
