Monteclassico is a sparkling wine with a brilliant golden color, elegant green hues, and fine bubbles. Its rich fruit aroma blends notes of red orange and lime peel with green apple and plum, complemented by the scent of buttery croissants. Made using the classic method, this wine is exceptionally dry, with a well-balanced medium body and pleasant minerality, giving it outstanding elegance. The retro taste reveals a juicy vineyard peach. Monteclassico is an excellent aperitif and pairs perfectly with seafood and cheeses. Ideal serving temperature is 6-8°C.
