The difference between kulen and kulen's seka in practicality.
Kulen's seka requires shorter drying and ripening, so it will be available for consumption sooner. In addition, it is stuffed into a thin tube, which makes it easier to cut and serve. Kulen and kulen's seka family Matijević are completely natural products, obtained from local raw materials with the use of local spices, and sea salt and without additives and preservatives.
