Product description
The aroma is dominated by ripe, yellow apple and quince, with notes of vanilla and dried herbs. The wine has gentle tannins, a full body, a mineral character, and a dry quality. It is characterized by balance, intensity of flavors, harmony, and persistence. Served at 10–12 °C, it is recommended to pair it with oven-baked fish dishes with potatoes and aromatic herbs, as well as with white meat.
