Rose Scuro is a very drinkable, soft, light wine with a darker pink color, closer to black in color and white wine in taste, light body and delicate aroma on the nose.
TASTING NOTES
Rose Scuro is a beautiful cuvee of Plavac mali, Plavina and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties that results in unique aromas of very fresh, fine, elegant fruity and somewhat floral aromas, nice body and fullness. The aromas are reminiscent of sour cherries, maginja (planica), wild Dalmatian and Mediterranean herbs, and we call it "Dalmatia in a glass."
DISH RECOMMENDATIONS
Rose Scuro is an ideal wine for spring and summer enjoyment, and can be drunk well chilled as an aperitif or with light dishes, simple salads and with dishes such as Mediterranean, leso fish with Swiss chard, white fish from Gradel, leso and roasted lamb, veal, etc.
