Pošip is the most valued autochthonous Dalmatian variety of white grapes whose growing tradition dates back to the time of the ancient Greeks.
TASTING NOTES
The wine has a pronounced personality, a bright golden yellow color, with a greenish sheen. Graceful in a glass, on the walls of which it leaves a thick mark. It has a distinctive aroma, a strong body, which, in addition to the fullness of the fruity taste of apricot and fig, is imbued with a subtle note of Mediterranean herbs.
DISH RECOMMENDATIONS
It goes perfectly with all fish, shellfish and meat dishes.
