Product description

Aged Kozlar cheese is the result of a meticulous aging process during which the finest selections are coated with brown paraffin and carefully nurtured. This cheese matures for a minimum of 3 months, during which it is regularly maintained, turned, and oiled to ensure exceptional quality.

During the aging process, Kozlar loses up to one-third of its mass, resulting in a firmer texture and an intense, sharp goat flavor while retaining the juiciness of its paste. Its rich aroma and pronounced taste make it a perfect choice for true lovers of traditional goat cheeses.

Age: 3+ months
Storage: 4-16 °C

Note: Cheeses ordered via the webshop are delivered by courier in cardboard packaging, and during summer months, in thermal packaging. All cheeses are vacuum-sealed (whole wheel, half, or quarter).
