Vina Košutić - Pinot Bijeli Familia, quality dry wine 0.75 L
The wines from the Familia line pay tribute to family tradition and thank our ancestors for the passion and love they instilled in us for the cultivation of vines and wine. Pinot white Familia is characterized by a straw yellow color with a golden reflection. The aroma is dominated by ripe pears, apples and almonds followed by dried flowers and a spicy touch of vanilla. The palate reveals an extremely soft, creamy texture with fine fullness, while the aging in barrique barrels further emphasizes roundness and spiciness. A more mature expression of Moslavina pinot white, with the potential for further development in the footsteps of white Burgundy.
Serve at 12 - 14 °C.
Gastronomic recommendation: The creamy texture will show its full richness with cold salads, pasta, white fish, risotto and seafood.
