Sir Kolan is truly Gligora's classic. Sirana Gligora's oldest cheese is also our "bestseller". It was created back in 1996 when the only milk that Ivan Gligora and his wife Marija could buy was cow's milk from the Zadar hinterland.
Pleasant slightly spicy aroma and firm, crystallized dough.
Today, Kolan is one of the best-selling hard cow's cheeses in Croatia.
