Gligora cream is made from 100% cow's milk with the help of our partner dairy from Beloslavec. It offers a rich, slightly tangy taste and a smooth texture. Ideal for various culinary combinations, as a spread or an addition to dishes. The cream is obtained through the fermentation of milk fat and is available in Gligora stores throughout the year.
