An authentic delicacy from the Istrian region, made following a traditional recipe. High-quality pork meat is coarsely ground and mixed with wine that has been infused with garlic, then seasoned with black pepper. The mixture is stuffed into natural pork casing and air-dried for at least one month. Best enjoyed sliced by hand into thin rounds, shared among friends and family, accompanied by laughter, good company, and a glass of local wine.
