The wine comes from old vineyards (30+ years), with some of the work done using horses. The harvest takes place two weeks later than the regular Graševina. It is a fresh wine with fruity and floral notes, warm and harmonious, with good body. The color is crystal clear, straw-yellow. The aroma features fresh apple and vineyard peach, with hints of wildflowers. The taste is lively with good acidity and a mild bitterness characteristic of the variety.
