The wine comes from old vineyards (30+ years), with part of the work done by horses. Harvested two weeks later than the regular Graševina. A fresh wine with fruity and floral notes, warm and harmonious, with good body.
The color is crystal clear, straw-yellow. The aroma is of fresh apple and vineyard peach with hints of wildflowers. The taste is lively with good acidity and a mild bitterness characteristic of the variety.
