CODE BLACK 639 is a traditional method sparkling wine made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, aged on natural lees for more than three years.
It shows a golden yellow colour with greenish highlights and fine, persistent bubbles. The aroma is layered and yeast-driven, with notes of bread crust, brioche, ripe apple, peach and hints of butter. The palate is mature, bone-dry and lively, with a long finish.
CODE 639 refers to the “frequency” of inner peace and healing, a symbolic idea of harmony expressed through every sip.
