The wine has a greenish-yellow to yellow color. The aroma is floral and entirely characteristic of the variety. The alcohols are moderately pronounced, and the acids are pleasant. It pairs exceptionally well with lighter dishes, white meat, and fish specialties. The wine's aroma and character are distinctive because it undergoes maceration for 12-24 hours. After fermentation, the sediments are mixed in stainless steel tanks, and a portion of the wine is aged in wooden barrels, while another portion is blended with the previous year's wine before being bottled.
10 to 15% of the previous year's wine is aged in acacia barrels, while 85-90% is fresh wine. Together, this imparts a unique quality to the wine, making it different yet still exuding freshness.
