The Plavac Mali vineyards are located on the steep slopes above Cavtat. Aging in new oak barrels, Plausus has developed its unique taste and aroma, truly reflecting the terroir. Before being placed in stainless steel tanks, only the finest barrels were selected, and the wine was bottled without filtration to preserve its authenticity. It pairs perfectly with grilled dishes and rich meat dishes with sauces, offering a richness of flavor in every sip. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 14°C and 16°C.
