Product description

Dinarski cheese from marasca pomace is a unique blend of tradition and innovation. This mixed cheese made from goat and cow milk undergoes a special maturing process in marasca cherry pomace, which gives it a distinctive fruity aroma and juicy texture. The maturing process in the maraska pomace allows the cheese to absorb moisture and characteristic flavors, enriching its taste and structure.

Dinarski cheese is known for its compactness, nutty flavor, and mildly spicy notes, with its texture remaining juicy and elastic. This cheese, originally from Dalmatia, still carries the name of the Dinara mountain, and is considered one of the most awarded cheeses in the region.

Note: Cheeses ordered through the webshop are shipped via delivery service in cardboard packaging, with thermo packaging during summer months. All cheeses are vacuum-sealed (whole wheel, half, or quarter).
