Dinarski cheese from olive pomace is a unique product created through innovative aging in pomace from Lun olives on the island of Pag. This technique, which was almost lost on Pag, revives old traditions in cheese production, giving the Dinarski cheese its distinctive flavor and texture. Each year, our team refines the aging process, adjusting it to the specific characteristics of the olive pomace, which influences the richness of the cheese's flavor and structure.

The olive acid from the pomace, present in this cheese, is known for its health benefits and also contributes to its juicy texture and rich aroma. Dinarski cheese from olive pomace is a true delicacy for cheese lovers with character.

Note: Cheeses ordered via the webshop are shipped via delivery service in cardboard packaging, and during the summer months in thermo packaging. All cheeses are vacuum-packed (whole wheel, half, or quarter).
