Produced exclusively from cow's and goat's milk from the Dinaric Mountains in southern Croatia. Rustic and beautiful looking with a skillful combination of cow's and goat's milk. The palate has remarkable depth and a nice rounded balance with a grassy sweetness that lingers into a pleasantly long finish.

Dinaric olive drop cheese is thicker and dotted with crunchy protein crystals, which is the result of additional aging. All the while, the olive pomace promotes a higher level of moisture to maintain its creamy properties. The earthy notes stand out strongly against the delicious blend of quality cow's and goat's milk from the farm, expect a truly unique taste and finish that you will enjoy for a long time.
