Product description

The Gligora Cheese Selection features four premium, award-winning cheeses from the Gligora Dairy, each boasting a rich tradition and authentic flavors.

Težački – A unique hard cheese made from 100% cow's milk, sourced from our partners in the Rakovica region. It is characterized by its rich aroma and firm texture.

Kolan – Crafted from 100% cow's milk and aged for a minimum of 4 months. With its characteristic aromas, it has become a symbol of Gligora Dairy's quality and tradition. Kolan is one of the most renowned hard cheeses in Croatia.

Dinarski – A hard cheese made from a perfect blend of cow's and goat's milk (min. 25%) sourced from the pastures of the Dalmatian Hinterland (Dalmatinska zagora).

Žigljen – A blend of cow's and sheep's milk, aged between 3 and 6 months. This cheese has a pronounced aroma and is inspired by the traditional cheesemaking heritage of the island of Pag. As one of the first cheeses to combine Pag sheep's milk with cow's milk, Žigljen has become highly popular and widely awarded at international competitions.

All cheeses are vacuum-sealed and delivered in cardboard packaging. During the summer months, thermal packaging is used to ensure maximum freshness.
