Very elegant and rich amber wine with accentuated aromas of candied fruit, dried apricot, vanilla, oak, notes of whiskey and cognac. Aged in French oak and previously macerated for 21 days. Produced with the intention of natural wines, minimal amounts of sulphur, just before bottling. Limited production.
Recommendation with the meal:
We recommend this wine with all white meat, fish and gourmet spreads and terrines.
