Testament Babić is a red wine made from the native Croatian grape variety Babić. It has a dark ruby color, is opaque, and offers intense aromas of ripe red fruit, dark chocolate, and spices. The taste is opulent with vibrant acidity and a powerful structure, giving it richness and depth. The wine was aged for 6 months in used barrique barrels, a combination of American and French oak, which adds complexity and elegance. It is recommended to serve slightly chilled at 16-18°C to bring out its acidity and aromatic notes. It pairs perfectly with aged hard cheeses, red meat dishes such as pašticada, and game meat with rich sauces.
