"Aperitivo" already attracts your attention with its appearance full of colors like the sunset on Rab. The taste is dominated by a pleasant note of wormwood, which remains at the bottom of the glass after it has been served. Above it, like a soft cloud, prosecco softens that sweet-bitter drinkability, while all the released notes of the drink are emphasized by a measured amount of mineral water.

It contains 12 types of herbs, and the base is a grain distillate in which bitter orange peel will age for a month. An infusion of carrots is added, and, as already mentioned, it can be mixed with Prosecco and mineral water. The aperitivo itself has that attractive sweet-bitter note at the first sip, while the addition of mineral water dilutes it but intensifies the innervation of the taste buds. Mixed with prosecco and mineral water, it changes and sublimate into fireworks of colors and flavors, giving us the illusion of lost time that briefly comes alive with each sip.
