This exclusive cheese set includes three premium products from Sirana Gligora, each with its own unique history and characteristics:
Sir Kolan – 100% cow’s milk, aged 4 months or more. With its characteristic and pleasant aromas, Kolan has become synonymous with the quality and tradition of Sirana Gligora. The label features the Church of St. Jerome in Kolan Field, and it was originally inspired by the Trappist cheese. Today, Kolan is one of the most famous hard cow’s milk cheeses in Croatia.
Paški Sir (ZOI) – 100% sheep’s milk from the island of Pag, aged 6-12 months. This top-quality cheese, with a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status, is made from sheep’s milk from the island of Pag. Paški Sir is known for its intense aroma and rich flavor and is protected by an EU-origin label. Its production is limited, making it a true delicacy.
Sir Kozlar – 100% goat’s milk from Dalmatia, aged 1-2 months. Kozlar is a semi-hard cheese with mild and pleasant aromas. It is made exclusively from goat’s milk from Northern Dalmatia and is known for its award-winning variants, especially in terms of affinage. The name "Kozlar" comes from a part of the village of Kolan, which shares the same name.
Note: All cheeses are vacuum-packed and delivered in cardboard packaging. During the summer months, thermal packaging is used to preserve freshness.
