Primo is the first sparkling wine from the Zadar region, produced from the autochthonous Pošip variety. This dry and remarkably refreshing sparkling wine is made by in-bottle fermentation (méthode classique) and ages on lees for 18 months. It is characterised by crystal clarity, a lemon-yellow colour and abundant, persistent fine bubbles. Degarra Primo 2016 offers pleasant aromas of citrus, pineapple, apple and quince, with subtle brioche notes that give it a harmonious character. The taste is intense, persistent and balanced, with pronounced freshness and delicate alcohol that pairs perfectly with ripe fruit from the yellow aromatic spectrum.
