Product delivery is possible within the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union. Depending on local laws, some products may not be available for delivery to all countries, about which the customer will be notified during the checkout process.

Once GLIGORA DELIKATESE records the order (no later than 48 hours from the placement of the order by the registered user, applicable only if this period expires during a working day in the Republic of Croatia, excluding non-working days), the products will be delivered to the registered user within:

• Up to 5 working days for the City of Zagreb area,
• Up to 5 working days for continental Croatia,
• From 5 to 12 working days for island regions,
• Up to 10 working days for EU countries.

If for any reason the User is unavailable at the provided contact number, GLIGORA DELIKATESE shall not be held liable for any extension of the aforementioned delivery deadlines.

The order will be delivered to the User's delivery address. If the User is not present at the delivery address:

• A message will be left with a contact number, or
• The products can be collected by another person (of legal age, a household member, or a person authorized by the registered user) upon presenting a valid personal identification document.

Damages and Delivery Claims

Upon delivery, the registered user is obliged to inspect the shipment, report any visible damage directly to the courier, and refuse acceptance of the damaged package. By signing the delivery note and accepting the invoice, the registered user confirms that they inspected the product upon delivery.

If the registered user refuses to accept the shipment due to identified and visible damage to the transport packaging, they are required to fill out the appropriate form provided by the delivery service and notify GLIGORA DELIKATESE by email or phone via the user instructions on the webshop, stating whether they request a replacement delivery or a refund.

Upon receiving the returned shipment and the completed form, GLIGORA DELIKATESE undertakes to dispatch a replacement delivery within the next 15 working days, provided the product is in stock. If the product needs to be ordered from a supplier, the delivery period will be extended by the supplier's lead time at no additional cost to the user, or a refund will be issued, in accordance with the registered user's preference.

If the registered user fails to collect the product or refuses delivery without a justified reason, GLIGORA DELIKATESE reserves the right to demand compensation for the incurred costs.
